Onboarding Flow

[F] FOUNDATION

Overcoming the Console Barrier

Console roleplay is notoriously unorganised, but your entry into it shouldn’t be. The first step is stabilising your communication architecture. Download Discord onto a secondary device (phone, tablet, or laptop) and complete full security verification.

When searching for servers, look past the generic ‘free-for-all’ lobbies. You are looking for environments with structured whitelist applications, active administration staff, and a dedicated economy. Bypassing the console barrier means refusing to play in chaotic, unmoderated public sessions where rule-breakers ruin the narrative immersion.

Portable Universal Passport

Hardcore PC roleplayers often look down on console players, labelling them ‘console casuals.’ You shatter that gatekeeping stereotype instantly through your Resident Dossier. Think of your Dossier as your Portable Universal Passport. It is a live, shareable record of your character’s narrative history, skill specialisations, and professional reputation.

If a server shuts down or an administrator goes rogue, you don’t lose a thing. Your passport travels with you across the entire GTA landscape. As your career evolves, you update your Dossier stats in your Safehouse, keeping your passport primed to prove your exact value to the next syndicate or crew instantly.

Navigating the Job Board

Roleplay is nothing without an active financial ecosystem. Once your Dossier is authenticated, you move away from simple, repetitive street-level grinding and enter the broader job market.

The Job Board connects qualified Residents directly with Kingpins and Server Owners looking for specialised operatives. Whether you are running high-rise tactical security details in downtown Vice City, smuggling supply lines through the mud of the Keys, or enforcing contracts for a major syndicate, every job builds your GTA legacy.

Mastering Leonida Logistics

The state of Leonida is a massive, high-stakes ecosystem, and flying blind is a quick way to get wiped out. Survival requires understanding the territorial lines and knowing the local rules of engagement.

High-tier servers demand absolute immersion. To help you blend in seamlessly without breaking character, our Street Glossary gives you the language used on the ground. Mastering the local landscape doesn’t just keep you alive, it prevents you from looking like a novice when negotiating your first contract!

Vice Casting’s 5-Step Pipeline

Our onboarding pipeline follows a strict sequence. We have streamlined every step, getting you verified and ready to deploy without the tech headaches:

1: Stripe Checkout

Select your operational tier on Vice Casting either Resident $5/pm or Kingpin $10/pm, (tax included, freedom to cancel anytime) to initiate your clearance.

Upon payment, your Intake Form opens. This is where you construct your character’s backstory and generate your unique Dossier ID. This digital passport follows you across the entire network — syncing your Stats, your Specialty, and your Standing wherever you deploy.

Your Dossier goes live and the doors unbolt to your Safehouse (account page). Here you can update your stats and bio at any time, your unique shareable URL link is formed from your chosen character ALIAS and permanently locked once you submit the Intake form. Make sure you are 100% happy with your ALIAS before hitting submit, as it cannot be changed later without the Clerk’s override!

With your credentials secure, the doors to your Safehouse are fully unbolted. This dashboard contains your S.A.F.E. operational toolkit: [S] Storage Vault: Review and track your saved Job Contracts. [A] Account Panel: Manage your active membership and billing securely. [F] Field Manual: Quick access to these guidelines to streamline your deployment. [E] Edit Dossier: Update your stats, specialties, and standing as your GTA VI career evolves.

The Job Board is now open! Find a contract you want, hit the UPLINK TO DISCORD button on the listing to instantly apply on the employer’s Discord. Simply copy your unique Dossier URL from your Safehouse or browser tab and paste it directly into the chat to present your credentials. Note: For general communications, tactical networking, or to sync up with fellow verified operatives, you can access our official Discord server link at any time from your Safehouse. Your career begins now!

// Leonida Language

Street Glossary

Chaos Violations

[01]
Random Deathmatch (RDM): Attacking or killing another player without an active, ongoing roleplay conversation or reason. Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM): Using a car or truck as a weapon to run people over. In Leonida, doing either is viewed as low-tier garbage!

Combat Logging

[02]
Intentionally pulling your internet connection or turning off your console to escape an active roleplay scenario, such as avoiding an arrest or a robbery.

Fear Roleplay

[03]
Realistically showing fear when your character's life is directly threatened - for example, if someone draws a firearm on you before you can react, you must comply rather than trying to draw your own weapon.

Locals/NPCs

[04]
AI-powered citizens of Leonida have advanced behavioural AI means - they remember and react like real people. Maintain immersion - if you recklessly carjack a vehicle in public, expect them to memorise your face and call the authorities.

God Complex

[05]
Pretending your character is bulletproof, carrying invisible gear, or forcing actions on other crews without giving them time to react. Real professionals take their licks, play the hand they are dealt, and respect the laws of physics.

Staying In-Character

[06]
Your real identity stops at the gateway. Out-of-Character (OOC) tech issues must be hidden behind immersive street slang. Never say "my controller is dying" instead, say "I’ve got a loose wire in my radio headset."

Outside Telepathy

[07]
Cheating by using stream intel or messaging groups to know things your character hasn't personally witnessed on the pavement. Operating with outside intel breaks the immersion and gets you blacklisted by the Clerk!

Value Your Life (NVL)

[08]
The core directive. If a rival syndicate catches you slipping with a weapon to your head, you cannot play the bulletproof video game hero. React with genuine self-preservation - ignoring your character's safety often results in a blacklist.

EMS Protection (Role)

[09]
EMS characters must remain a strictly passive service. Engaging in hostile RP, assisting in criminal operations, or taking hostages instantly voids this protection and constitutes a severe breach of community rules.

INTEL BRIEFING (FAQ)

Is Vice Casting a game?

No. We are the independent community hub for the Neon State. The game infrastructure is produced and released by Rockstar Games (Take-Two Interactive). We provide the professional layer – the Talent, Tools, and the Terrain that turns a standard session into a high-stakes career.

The doors are currently barred. We officially commence operations and the Job Board goes live on 19th November 2026. Don’t get left on the sidewalk, get on the books!

The Rockstar Social Club (RSC) went dark in late 2025. Vice Casting has built a Job Centre from the ground up to provide a more tactical, player-driven reputation system for GTA console players.

No. A subscription secures your Resident Dossier (digital passport) and black-market toolkit, but entry into specific private sessions is entirely at the discretion of the individual Hosts. Read our Privacy Policy.

What exactly is a Resident Dossier?

Your portable reputation. It logs your stats, specialty, and street standing. This digital fingerprint allows Crew Leaders and Fixers to search the Job Centre to recruit specialised talent. It’s the only spec sheet that matters.

We provide the hustle, we curate the hardware. Our Pawn Shop is a live manifest of gaming components sourced via Amazon. We receive a small commission on these elite tools: Raid the assets here.

Our prices are linked to the global Amazon network. Because the hardware market is volatile, we are currently transitioning to the Amazon Creators API which will ensure accurate product data.

The manifest is live-linked to the Amazon Creators API. The Fence pulls fresh data every 24 hours to keep the street prices accurate. For the most instantaneous ‘market-second’ value, click any item to see the current listing on the Amazon website.

To update your Dossier stats, specialties, or profile visit The Safehouse (your account page) once you are logged in. Keeping your data fresh ensures you stay at the top of the search results when crews are scouting.

Does the Agency actively find me a crew?

We provide the radar, you make the contact. The Agency hosts the tools and the Job Centre to put your Resident Dossier in front of crews, but securing your spot on a run is up to your reputation and response time.

You can cut ties at any time through your account settings. However, in the underworld, all sales are final. Because we provide immediate access to the Agency’s digital assets, we do not offer refunds for any subscription terms. For the full legal breakdown of our “No-Clawback” policy, see Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

Our infrastructure is stabilized by Hostinger. Their uptime guarantee is 99.9% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance and external factors. While we aim for maximum stability, occasional maintenance is required to keep the Neon State secure. Check the Grid Status here.

Stay on the frequency. Monitor live intel, community highlights, and mission briefings on our TikTok @ViceCasting, or decrypt deep-dives over on The Lowdown blog.

How does the Pricing Model work?

We keep it simple. Access is completely free for all console players until Grand Theft Auto VI officially launches on November 19, 2026. Post-launch, full membership—including your Resident Dossier and the complete tactical toolset is a single flat rate of $5/month. Tax included. Cancel anytime.

We guarantee a 60-day notice period via email and updates on The Lowdown blog before any rate adjustments take effect. This ensures you have ample time to recalibrate your contracts before the grid shifts.

We prioritize your security by using Stripe. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256, and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. Stripe’s isolated infrastructure for storing and transmitting data ensures your financial footprint remains secure.

This is the operational Field Manual, a step-by-step onboarding for residents entering the GTA VI console RP ecosystem. This guide is engineered for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players across the United States and the United Kingdom. It details the hardware specification for consoles, the Vice Casting entry pipeline, a street glossary for immersion tracking, and the Alias Generator.
