Is Vice Casting a game?
No. We are the independent community hub for the Neon State. The physical cities, physics, and infrastructure are produced and released by Rockstar Games (Take-Two Interactive). We provide the professional layer – the Talent, Tools, and Terrain, turning a standard session into a high-stakes career.
When does the Job Centre officially open?
The doors are currently barred. We officially commence operations and activate the directory once the first 100 Residents have registered. Don’t get left on the sidewalk, secure your Passport here.
What happened to the Rockstar Social Club?
The Rockstar Social Club (RSC) went dark in late 2025. Vice Casting is the evolution. We’ve rebuilt the Job Centre from the ground up to provide a more tactical, player-driven reputation system for the modern Resident.
Does a subscription guarantee server entry?
No. Subscription secures your status, but entry to specific worlds or events is at the discretion of the individual Server Owners (Architects). Think of us as your Underworld Passport – we provide the credentials hooked up to your Discord, you have to walk through the door. Read our Privacy Policy.
What exactly is a Resident Dossier?
It is your Portable Reputation. Linked directly to your Discord ID, it tracks your history, specialties, and vouchers. This digital fingerprint allows Kingpins and Architects to search our Job Centre boards to uncover specific talent and opportunities. It’s the only CV that matters when a crew is looking to expand for a high-stakes gig.
Does Vice Casting sell gaming hardware?
We provide the hustle, we curate the hardware. Our Pawn Shop is a live manifest of the top-20 performing gaming components sourced via Amazon. We receive a small commission on these elite tools, ensuring you get the tactical edge while supporting the Agency’s infrastructure. Raid the Assets here.
How do the Pawn Shop prices work?
Our manifest is linked to the global Amazon network. Because the hardware market is volatile, we are currently transitioning to the Amazon Creators API which will ensure accurate product data. Any specific hardware queries should be directed to The Clerk via email, who has the latest intel on the manifest.

How do I update my Dossier data?
To update your Dossier stats, specialties, or profile, visit The Safehouse (your User Account page) once you are logged in. Keeping your data fresh ensures you stay at the top of the search results when Kingpins are scouting.
Do you have partnerships with Server Owners?
The Grid is expanding. The Architect is currently exploring high-performance partnerships to map the best territories in the state. This is an ongoing rollout – stay tuned for the next uplink. Secure the Sector here.
What's the policy on cancellations/refunds?
You can cut ties at any time through your account settings. However, in the underworld, all sales are final. Because we provide immediate access to the Agency’s digital assets, we do not offer refunds for any subscription terms. What happens if the Grid goes down?
Our infrastructure is stabilized by Hostinger. Their uptime guarantee is 99.9% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance and external factors. While we aim for maximum stability, occasional maintenance is required to keep the Neon State secure. Check the Grid Status here.

How does the Pricing Model work?
We keep the entry points clear. Legacy Residents (the first 100) receive a free year’s access. Post-launch, Resident access is $5/pm. For Architects, listing a terrain starts at $30/pm, with Featured status available at $40/pm for maximum visibility.
What is the policy on subscription rate adjustments?
We guarantee a 60-day notice period via email and Discord before any subscription changes take effect. This ensures you have ample time to recalibrate your contracts before the grid shifts.
What Payment Gateway does Vice Casting use?
We prioritize your security by using Stripe. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256, and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. Stripe’s isolated infrastructure for storing and transmitting data ensures your financial footprint remains secure.
