1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Vice Casting (The Agency) and activating a Clearance Level (Subscription), you agree to these Protocols. If you do not agree to the terms of this digital handshake, do not enter the grid.

2. The Agency Code (Conduct)

Vice Casting is an elite recruitment environment.

• Zero Tolerance: No harassment, ‘doxxing,’ or toxic behaviour.

• Verification Integrity: Providing fraudulent screenshots or fake stats for your Dossier will result in an immediate and permanent Blacklist (Ban) with no refund.

• No Civilians: This platform is for active players and server owners only.

3. Clearance Levels & Subscriptions

• L1-L3 Tiers: Access is granted based on your active subscription.

• Recurring Billing: All clearance levels are billed on a recurring monthly basis until you ‘cut ties’ (cancel your subscription).

• Automatic Renewal: Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

4. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

• Instant Activation: As a digital infrastructure provider, we deliver your clearance level immediately upon payment.

• Final Sale: By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a cooling-off period. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused access.

• No Guarantees: The Agency provides the ‘Visibility’ and the ‘Tools.’ We do not guarantee employment for Residents or population growth for Servers.

5. Cancellation (Cutting Ties)

You are free to leave Vice Casting at any time.

• Self-Service: You must manage your subscription via your Account Settings.

• Deadline: Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date.

• Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.

6. Network Overwrite (L3 Partners)

Server Owners using the ‘Network Overwrite’ feature must ensure all Job Postings and Server Details are accurate and comply with the community guidelines. Vice Casting reserves the right to edit or remove any listing that threatens the integrity of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vice Casting is a facilitation platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of Residents in-game or the management of servers listed on our grid. You use this service at your own risk.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
